Airport Hotels, Sleep Lounges and Sleeping Pods

What if you never had to worry about delayed, canceled, or missed flights? This list of airport hotels, sleep lounges, and sleeping pods is perfect for early flights and overnight layovers. Traveling can be exhausting, and cause anxiety, especially when layovers or early morning flights are involved.  Luckily, many airports now offer incredible airport hotels, sleep lounges, and sleeping pods to help make the journey more enjoyable.

If spending thousands of dollars extra to upgrade your seat on your flight is out of the question. Consider making your layover more bearable by booking a night at an airport hotel or a few hours in a sleeping pod.

Keep This in Mind

When planning to stay at airport hotels, sleep lounges, or sleeping pods, check whether you need to pass through immigration and passport control to access the hotel. Staying at an airside hotel means it is only accessible to passengers traveling through the airport. Staying at a landside hotels means it is in the public area of the airport property, which would require some travelers to apply for a travel visa.

Why Choose Airport Hotels and Sleep Lounges?

Airport accommodations save time and energy, offering rest, recharge, and convenience during long-haul travel, canceled, or delayed flights.

What are Airport Sleeping Pods?

Airport sleeping pods, also known as nap pods or sleep capsules, are places to relax and sleep. These pay-per-use short-term sleep capsules are currently available at several airports. Most airport sleeping pods offer facilities for layover and connecting flight passengers, such as luggage storage, power outlets, reading lamps, public wi-fi, and, occasionally, TVs and showers.
