We love seeing our social feeds full of images of fat bodies living their best life. Don’t know about you but we LIVE for some photo challenges that aim to be fun but also sometimes have a bigger purpose i.e. raising awareness or destigmatizing fat bodies doing certain things.
For our first Photo Challenge, we are taking inspiration from Fat Girls Guide contributor, Sam’s very own #FatGirlsEatingCake challenge!
I’m sick and tired of it being seen as taboo for a plus-size person to be eating something seen as “fattening.” It’s ridiculous that we should be shamed for enjoying something that tastes good just because we inhabit a bigger body. So I want to start a movement that I hope you’ll take part of. It’s the #FatGirlsEatingCake challenge.
