Our Fat Camp Retreats are the opposite of the weight loss camps you might be thinking of. Our adult summer camp focuses on self-care, community, travel, and fun! This year we’re returning to Finger Lakes Wine Country for our annual stateside Fat Camp. This year we’re launching Fat Camp Canada and traveling to Scotland for Fat Camp UK!
The sooner you sign up for Fat Camp the more time you’ll have with our payment plan!

For our inaugural Fat Camp Canada we’re switching things up and booking a boutique “motel” in Prince Edward County, Ontario! The 11-unit “motel” has a pool and spa on-site. At this fat-positive retreat each guest has a private room with air conditioning, a private fireplace, and a private bathroom. Most meals will be included and our days will be filled with camp-themed activities, day trips, fat positive discussions, and plenty of local wine.
May 24 -27, 2024
Our spring Fat Camp will explore the Finger Lakes Wine Country region of New York state. For the third year our spring Fat Camp will explore the Finger Lakes Wine Country region of New York. We’ll enjoy local wineries, breweries, and distilleries along with farm-to-table cuisine from a celebrity chef.
Tickets available here.

We’re so excited to invite you to our second annual Fat Camp UK in Scotland! This year we’ll have a proper Glamping experience in private Glamping Pods in the Highlands. Inside your private pod, you’ll find a mini kitchen, bathroom, and television. Outside of the pod, you’ll find a fire pit, walking trails, Highland Cows, and some pods even have a wood-fired hot tub!
