Visit the Great Wall of China.

The most accessible section of the Great Wall is the Mutianyu area. Here you can climb 1,000 steps, take a cable car or chair lift to the top. If you do use the chair lift the nearest exit is by toboggan aka sled down a massive slide. When planning a visit the most important thing is to figure out which section of the wall to start at. The cable car does round-trip visits and is the most accessible way to see the Great wall of China. I found the most comprehensive info here. Below are the tours I recommend.
Stand before the Taj Mahal in India.

A private tour is the best way to see the Taj Mahal. Full transparency, I removed people from this photo.
See the cherry blossoms in Japan.

These are some of the cherry blossom activities we suggest if this is on your bucket list.
Have a drink at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France.

The next time I’m in Paris I’m crossing this off my bucket list!

Going on safari in Africa was life-changing for me and I’m excited to offer the same opportunity to my community. In order to make this tour more accessible I’m launching the first curated tour with my favorite Tour Operator in Tanzania and you’re invited! Zuri Expeditions will be your guide on our all-inclusive fat-girl-approved safaris. Visit the link below for our 2025 departure dates.
Walk or roll across the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City.

Visit the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.

Unfortunately, there’s currently no accessible way to visit Acropolis. There are lots of stairs and steep hills. When I asked about the elevator at the Visitor’s Center, I was told that it’s almost always out of order.
Climb up to Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I’ve never been to Brazil but it’s on the list! I’ll be sure to stretch and wear comfy sneakers for the stairs.

If you go to Italy and don’t take a cooking class…did you go to Italy? These classes look great!
Experience a traditional tea ceremony in Japan.

I’m heading to Japan in March and can’t wait to experience a traditional tea ceremony! I’d try these tours.
